This package is suitable for someone who is after structure in their training and enjoys training with freedom.

Gold Package

4 or 8 Week Online Training Plan

This package is recommended if you are looking to split your training between training alone and with a PT. Included in the Gold Package is a weekly 1:1 PT session. During this 1 hour session I will coach you through exercises, check your form and discuss your progress.

Full Body Conditioning

  • Circuit based sessions concerned with building overall strength & fitness
  • No equipment is needed for these sessions

Strength & Conditioning Workshops

  • These sessions are designed to help maintain muscular balance and build strength
  • Focused on the key muscle groups and joint movements used in cycling and running
  • Mini-resistance bands and some form of step (chair/stool) will be required

Performance Spin

  • Each punchy 45-minute Spin class has a clear focus and will target a specific objective
  • Each session is filled with a combination of interval types, including climbs, rolling hills and sprints
  • Accessible on any type of indoor static bike. Including road bike with a turbo, Watt, Peloton, Spin

Sophie’s full body conditioning workout classes offer a fantastic range of functional exercises covering all muscle groups, for all abilities. Each session is highly professional, well planned and unique, with a huge variety of body weight movements and no equipment needed. I’ve seen noticeable results since starting and look forward to every class. It’s brilliant to be able to work out in a friendly environment from the comfort of your own home and for such a reasonable price, too. Bring on the next session!
